Introduction:
eDealerNet.com and the eDealerNet community work together to keep the site working properly. While using eDealerNet.com, you will NOT post false, inaccurate or misleading content on any items you have listed. Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend or terminate our services to users of eDealerNet.com if found to be acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.

User Responsibility:
By using eDealerNet.com you represent that you are a licensed motor vehicle dealer. As a user of our service, you warrant that you will conduct yourself in a professional manner. Responsibility for the information contained in your listings lies with each seller. You alone are responsible for material you post and for the content of all email messages transmitted using email links on eDealerNet.com. Nothing will undermine a user's confidence in the vehicle you're looking to sell faster than inaccurate statements or misleading representations about the vehicle. And since any erosion of user confidence in you is likely to be accompanied by erosion of user confidence in us, we care deeply about making sure that the information you supply is accurate and that, in all respects, you treat eDealerNet.com users fairly and honorably.

You may not use eDealerNet.com for any personal advertisement, nor may you use our website to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service. eDealerNet.com reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses our website in a manner we consider inappropriate.

Buying and Selling:
eDealerNet.com is a vehicle listing and information service that brings together buyers and sellers of cars. Information about a particular vehicle is supplied by the seller along with certain information drawn from an automatic VIN Explosion, not by eDealerNet.com. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. The prices listed by sellers on eDealerNet.com are only asking prices and often exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing and compliance fees, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular vehicle. Any taxes, fees or other charges resulting from the transaction are solely the responsibility of the buyer and seller based on the negotiated terms and not the responsibility of eDealerNet.com.

When you offer a vehicle for sale through eDealerNet.com, you must be prepared to sell that vehicle at a fair negotiated price and with fair terms. You must have possession of the actual vehicle listed and the ability to transfer title. To list a vehicle for sale on eDealerNet.com, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. You may not charge any potential buyer for information about any vehicle listed for sale on eDealerNet.com.

If it is revealed, or we otherwise learn, that a seller is engaging in "bait and switch" or other unfair or deceptive practices, eDealerNet.com reserves the right to deny that seller use of their eDealerNet account.

Though we hope that all who come to eDealerNet.com will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we can't verify the information sellers supply or guarantee the vehicles they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of a vehicle that the check he/she gets from the buyer is going to be good. When using this website to find a buyer for your vehicle or a vehicle you can buy to resell to your customer, we urge you to use common sense and good judgment.

Information Warranties:
eDealerNet.com has made every effort to provide an environment where the most accurate information can be shared between dealers, both buyers and sellers. However, since listings contain information provided by sellers and third party services, eDealerNet.com makes no absolute guarantees about any stated information contained in a listing. VIN Explosion services are provided by VINquery.com as a third party service and the data is maintained by VINquery.com. eDealerNet.com cannot be held liable in any instant where this data is found to be inaccurate. If such a discrepancy is found please notify Customer Service so that we can further investigate the matter.

Right to Monitor:
Although eDealerNet.com cannot monitor all the listings posted to our website, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any listings or other postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. By using eDealerNet.com you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy eDealerNet.com. We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement. We will not, in the ordinary course of business, review the content of private electronic messages that are not addressed to eDealerNet.com. However, we may occasionally release information concerning such communications when release is appropriate to comply with law (including disclosure in response to a request from a law enforcement agency), to enforce our User Agreement, or to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to our site, our advertisers, the public or eDealerNet.com.

Registration:
To obtain access to certain eDealerNet.com services, you will be given an opportunity to register with eDealerNet.com. As part of the registration process, you will select a user name and a password. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person. We reserve the right to disallow use of user name that we deem offensive or inappropriate. You will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your password and for all actions of persons accessing eDealerNet.com through any username/password assigned to you. You will notify eDealerNet.com's Customer Service Manager of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account.

Miscellaneous:
No spamming or data scraping. By listing a vehicle for sale on this site, you agree to use the email addresses of other eDealerNet users only for purposes of communicating with them about the potential the buying or selling of a vehicle. By using this website, you agree not to use information concerning other users of eDealerNet.com, or the vehicles they've listed or searched for on this website (including listing information, user names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and/or other information), for any purpose other than to explore the potential purchase or sale of a listed vehicle.

In the event that a user of eDealerNet.com has been found to be abusive in any way contrary to this User Agreement, and contact with this user has been unsuccessful to resolve the issue, eDealerNet.com reserves the right to terminate the use of the account without any refund of monies coinciding with time left on subscription.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification
IF YOU RELY ON THIS WEBSITE OR ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCT OR SERVICE AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
